First time trying Hawaiian food and it was delicious!!! Friendly staff and the food came out quickly. We had the rib bbq, teriyaki chicken and the mixed plate. The portions are a good size and will fill you up. It’s not at all expensive and you get a good bang for your buck

I ordered the bbq beef mini meal and I was shocked with the portion that I was given, It was a lot of food and I honestly expected less food because of the name. The food was absolutely delicious and very flavorful, the macaroni salad was very pleasant as well as the stewed cabbage...

Our first visit to Maika’i, but not our first Hawaiian BBQ - we absolutely loved it! Sauces were delicious, beef and spam musubi was delicious, katsu and bbq chicken were delicious. Friendly staff! You must eat here.
